Beaux-Arts Guitar Building
Columbia Public Library 100th Anniversary Collection
The construction on the Guitar Building was complete in 1911, and housed several businesses at the time the library was there. The Columbia Public Library moved in in November 1919. The entrance for the library was on Walnut Street, while the building's location was 22 N. 8th St. The library was housed here until it was moved into the Gentry building.
