Betsy Collins, former librarian and collection manager at the Columbia Public Library, at the COIN computer terminal in the second floor reference area. Location shown is old 100 West Broadway building.  COIN stands for the "Columbia Online Information Network" and was it was one of the first internet service providers in the country.
